CONTRAINDICATIONS

Cefoxitin for Injection and Dextrose Injection is contraindicated in patients who have shown hypersensitivity to cefoxitin and the cephalosporin group of antibiotics.

Solutions containing dextrose may be contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to corn products.
