Cervical cancer laboratory findings

On laboratory result of women with cervical cancer, abnormal cells on Pap smear can be seen and result of colposcopy and biopsy can detect the morphological features of neoplasia.

• Women with cervical cancer may have positive HIV screening test other than high risk HPV.^{[1] [2]}

• Result of pap test varies, normal or atypical squamous cells can be seen.

• HPV DNA test can be positive in laboratory findings.
