Chest wall deformities may refer to:
- Kyphosis – curvature of the spine – anterior-posterior
- Scoliosis – curvature of the spine – lateral
- Barrel chest – chest wall increased anterior-posterior; normal in children; typical of hyperinflation seen in COPD
- Pectus excavatum
- Pectus carinatum
