  • Chloroquine Phosphate Tablets USP 250 mg: White, Round, Scored Compressed Tablet; Debossed “West-ward 195”.

Bottles of 50 tablets. Bottles of 100 tablets. Bottles of 500 tablets. Bottles of 1000 tablets. Unit Dose Boxes of 100 tablets.

  • Chloroquine Phosphate Tablets USP 500 mg: Pink Color, Round Tablets Debossed “WW 125”.

Bottles of 25 tablets. Bottles of 100 tablets. Bottles of 500 tablets. Bottles of 1000 tablets. Unit Dose Boxes of 100 tablets.

Store at 20-25°C (68-77°F). [See USP Controlled Room Temperature].

Dispense in a tight, light-resistant container as defined in the USP using a child-resistant closure.[1]
