Cholestatic jaundice of pregnancy is considered an absolute contraindication to the use of the following medications:

• Ethynodiol diacetate and ethinyl estradiol
• Drospirenone and Ethinyl estradiol
• Nitrofurantoin
• Norethindrone acetate and Ethinyl estradiol
• Norgestimate and Ethinyl estradiol
• Norgestrel and Ethinyl estradiol
