Renal artery vascular procedures
Renal artery vascular procedures
Renal artery bypassing and stenting of atherosclerotic disease have been proposed, studied, and eventual found to be not beneficial except in unusual circumstances.[1]
Renal artery denervation
Renal artery denervation
Renal denervation for resistant hypertension also has been found not to be beneficial.[2]
Central arteriovenous anastomosis
Central arteriovenous anastomosis
More recently central arteriovenous anastomosis has been studied and shows benefit in one trial.[3]
