Electrocardiogram and echocardiogram, GI endoscopy, electromyelography can be used to diagnose eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis.

- Electrocardiogram and echocardiography may show conduction defects, motion abnormalities.[1]
- GI endoscopy can be helpful in evaluating bleeding.
- Electromyelography and nerve conduction studies can be helpful in determine peripheral neuropathy.
