Cyclopentenone prostaglandins

Cyclopentenone Prostaglandin (cyPG) is a potential new target for anti-inflammatory actions. It is thought to have the action of inhibit the IκB-kinase which prevent the activation of NF-κB, hence prevent the inflammatory pathway.
