An ultrasound is not recommended for the diagnosis of cyclosporiasis, as there are no specific ultrasound findings for this disease.

There are no clear indications to obtain a ultrasound in patients with cyclosporiasis.
Cyclosporiasis is not associated with specific ultrasound findings and an ultrasound may not be helpful in the diagnosis or management of this condition.
