Patients with endocardial cushion defect may have polycythemia on CBC, which is usually due to cyanosis.

Patients with endocardial cushion defect may have polycythemia on CBC, which is usually due to cyanosis. Polycythemia can sometimes result in abnormal PT/aPTT.^[1]^[2]
