There are currently no established primary preventive measures for endometriosis.
The pathogenesis of endometriosis is multifactorial and incompletely understood, and no interventions have been shown to prevent disease onset.[1][2]

No lifestyle, pharmacologic, or surgical interventions have been demonstrated to prevent the development of endometriosis.[1][2]
