Drowsiness (after several hours of the above symptoms)

Neck pain
Cranial nerve palsies

Supratentorial ependymoma

Headache
Seizures
Focal neurologic deficits.

Spinal cord ependymoma

Back pain
Lower extremity weakness
Bowel and bladder dysfunction
