Current treatment options include:
- High-dose Corticosteroid therapy
- Cyclosporine
- Interferon-α[1]
- Chemotherapy
- Radiation therapy
All current treatments have had varying degrees of success.
The vinca alkaloids and anthracyclines have been used most commonly in ECD treatment.[2]
