Overview
Patients with Evans syndrome usually appear normal. Physical examination of patients with Evans syndrome is usually remarkable for jaundice, hepatosplenomegaly, and lymphadenopathy.

- Icteric sclera
- Tenderness upon palpation of the ear pinnae / tragus (anterior to ear canal)
- Purulent exudate from the nares
Neck
Abdomen
- Guarding may be present
- Hepatosplenomegaly
