Overview
There are no specific changes associated with Chest Xray in Farmer’s lung disaease.
There can be reticular linear densities or small nodules.

Chest Xray changes can vary from non specific changes in interstitial structures to pulmonary alveolar fibrosis in chronic cases.[1]
- Reticular linear densities, or small nodules or both.[2]
- loss of lung volume
- Hyperinflation ( in chronic cases)
- Stiff lungs–restricted volume in others.
- Sometimes,pleural changes can be seen.
- Hilar adenopathy in rare cases
