Serum LDH levels and serum β₂-microglobulin levels.

Cytogenetics studies
Flow cytometry
Immunohistochemistry

Genetic testing
Immunophenotyping: BCL-2+, BCL6+, CD5-, CD10+, CD19, CD20, CD22, CD43, CD79a, heavy and light chains rearranged, t(14;18)(q32:q21)-85% with rearrangement of BCL-2 gene.
