Fecal occult blood test or stool guaic test may be positive indicating gastrointestinal bleeding. Stool analysis can also detect the presence of H.pylori as the cause of gastritis.

  • CBC with differential may show anemia As a result of constant gastrointestinal bleeding.

Stool test
