Common symptoms of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis include Dyspnea, cough, Clubbing, Crackles, and arhtralgia. Less common symptoms include Hamman-Rich Syndrome.

Symptoms
Symptoms of pulmonary fibrosis are gradual in onset. The most common symptoms are observed below.[1]
Common Symptoms
- Dyspnea
- Nonproductive cough
- Clubbing
- Crackles
- Pulmonary Hypertension
- Discomfort in the Chest
- Fast, Shallow Breathing
- Unintended Anorexia
- Fatigue
- Aching joints and muscles
