There are no specific electrocardiogram findings associated with Kaposi’s sarcoma.
However, an EKG might need to be done at baseline and during treatment if liposomal doxorubicin is used as therapy. This is an anthracycline and is known to cause cardiotoxicity, which can sometimes manifest as arrhythmia, which can be detected by EKG.^[1]
