Overview

Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (also known as “Infantile kaposiform hemangioendothelioma”^[1] ) is an uncommon vascular tumor, first described by Zukerberg, Nickoloff, and Weiss in 1993^[2], that affects infants and young children, with rare cases having also been reported in adults.^[1]^[3]^:596
