Overview

Common chest x-ray findings in Legionnaires’ disease include consolidation and pleural effusion. There are usually no chest x-ray findings in Pontiac fever.

Consolidation
Pleural effusion
Cavitation – in immunosuppressed patients
Bullous emphysema
Interstitial infiltrates
