  • Drinking plenty of water
  • Reconsidering the dose of aspirin before starting treatment.
  • Prevention of hemorrhoids by following a healthy bowel habit and by consuming dietary fiber and using laxatives when necessary.
  • Polyps must be evaluated as soon as possible as they can be a pre-cursor colorectal cancer.
