The feasibility of surgery depends on the type of Lymphomatoid granulomatosis at diagnosis.

Indications

The mainstay of treatment for Lymphomatoid granulomatosis is medical therapy. Surgery is usually reserved for patients with a more aggressive stage of Lymphmatoid granulomatosis

Surgery

Surgery is mostly conducted to collect a biopsy from a pulmonary mass or nodule, but lesion can also be resected. ^[1]
