Overview

Physical examination findings in MALT lymphoma are non specific. The patients appear fatigued with weight loss. Common findings include low grade fever, anemia, epigastric pain, constipation, and shortness of breath.

Physical Examination

Physical examination findings in MALT lymphoma depends on the site of the lymphoma either in the stomach or in other locations as lungs.^[1]
However, most of the patients remain asymptomatic or with nonspecific signs.

Appearance of the patients

Patients with MALT lymphoma appear fatigued and lossing weight

Vital signs

Low grade fever
Anemia

Abdomen

Tarry stool may appear in some cases
Constipation
Epigastric pain mimics peptic ulcer pain

Lungs

Shortness of breath
Recurrent respiratory infections in some cases
