Patients with medulloblastoma usually appear restless. Physical examination of patients with medulloblastoma is usually remarkable for strabismus, nystagmus, motor weakness, and ataxia.[1][2]

HEENT

  • Head tilt sign
  • Increased head circumference
  • Papilledema
  • Strabismus
  • Nystagmus
  • “Setting-sun” eye phenomenon (up-gaze paresis with the eyes appearing driven downward) [3]
