Indications

Surgery is not the first-line treatment option for patients with MN. Renal transplant is usually reserved for patients with either^[1]:
- Irreversible renal failure
- Previous transplant rejection
- Renal failure due to poor prognostic etiology

Surgery

The patient with age group in between 40-65 patients with end stage renal disease needs surgery.
