Skin

Eye

  • Swelling in the area around the eyestye.
  • Tenderness around the eye.

Lungs

Heart

  • S1, S2 are present.
  • A functional flow murmur may be present.
  • Pathological murmurs may be heard when valves are involved (e.g endocarditis).

Extremities

  • Joint tenderness
  • Swollen joints
  • Bone tenderness

Neurologic

  • Confusion may be present.
