Microscopic polyangiitis history and symptoms

• Palpable purpura
• Vesiculobullous lesions

Less Common Symptoms of Microscopic polyangiitis include:

• Splinter hemorrhages

• Mononeuritis multiplex
• Numbness/ tingling
• Muscle wasting

• Myalgia
• Arthralgia
• Arthritis

• Hematuria
• Proteinuria
• Red cell cast
