Symptoms of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of ovary include mass in the abdomen, increase in abdominal size, bloating, weight loss, shortness of breath, and pain abdomen.

- Asymptomatic or non-specific symptoms[1]
- Palpable abdominal mass
- Increase abdominal size
- Acute or chronic abdominal pain[2]
- Intermittent colicky pain (less frequently)
- Gastrointestinal bleeding
- Constipation
- Vaginal bleeding
- Shortness of breath
- Weight loss
- Bloating
- Intussusception (Appendiceal mucinous lesions)[3]
- Intraperitoneal spread of appendiceal mucinous lesions results in a syndrome known as pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP)[4]
