    • Cross the wrist covered by fascia along the dorsal surface
  • Insertions
    • Major wrist flexors/extensors insert at base of metacarpals, not onto carpal bones

Nerves

  • Median Nerve
    • Runs through carpal tunnel
  • Ulnar Nerve
    • Follows ulnar artery
