Patients may be asymptomatic at diagnosis. However, if symptoms present, symptoms of myeloproliferative neoplasm include fever, fatigue, and bleeding.

Symptoms of myeloproliferative neoplasm are defined in the Symptom Assessment Form. The Symptom Assessment Form is completed with each clinic visit and allows for the objective monitoring of the burden of the disease over time. The symptoms in the Symptom Assessment Form may include:[1][2]
