Overview

There is no single diagnostic study of choice for the diagnosis of paroxysmal AV Block, but paroxysmal AV Block can be diagnosed based on continuous ECG monitoring, an electrophysiologic conduction study, an implantable loop recorder, an adenosine plasma level and an adenosine triphosphate stimulation test.
