Patients will present with cyanosis. Cyanosis may be mild if pulmonary vasculature resistance is low and pulmonary arterial flow is high.

- Widened pulse pressure
- Bounding arterial pulses
Respiratory Rate
Heart
- Heart failure may occur within weeks
- Systolic ejection murmur is heard at the left sternal border
- Loud second heart sound
- Cardiomegaly
Extremities
- Cyanosis presents at birth
- Clubbing
