Shock therapy or shock treatment may refer to:

• A form of aversion therapy where an electric shock is used as a negative stimulus.
• Electroconvulsive therapy, the deliberate and controlled induction of a seizure or other disturbance of brain function for the purpose of psychiatric treatment.
