Medical Therapy

Discontinue the agent that may be causing sinus arrest.
Correct electrolyte abnormalities.
Isoproterenol has been used to increase the rate of the escape pacemaker.
Atropine can be given if the sinus arrest is causing severe bradycardia leading to hemodynamic compromise.
