Abdomen ultrasound may be helpful in the diagnosis of (splenic marginal zone lymphoma). Suggestive findings on ultrasound include splenomegaly and lymphadenopathy.

Findings on ultrasound abdomen suggestive of splenic marginal zone lymphoma include:[1]

  • Longitudinal view: Splenic diameter about 20 cm in the long axis. Subhepatic enlarged lymph nodes.[2]
