Synkinesis

In medicine, Synkinesis is an involuntary movement accompanying a voluntary one.

Synkinesis may find its origin in the neural or musculo aponeurotic systems. In other words, it may be biomechanical or neurological.

There is currently no clinical grading scale for synkinesis.
