Electrocardiographic Findings

The following may be present on electrocardiography:

  1. Widening, flattening, notching or inversion of the T wave
  2. Prolongation of the QTc interval which is dose related
  3. A prominent U wave may be present
  4. Incidence of these findings is greater with Mellaril > Thorazine > Stelazine.
