- No specific treatments or therapies have been developed for Tick-borne encephalitis virus.
- Progression into stages and complication of the disease that result in meningeal and encephalitic manifestations of the virus may require supportive care and hospitalization.
- Corticosteroids, anti-inflammatory therapy, intubation, and ventilator support may be necessary in supportive therapy.[1]
