Wilson’s disease is classified based on the symptomatic presentation as the following:[1]

  • Hepatic Wilson’s disease (H):
  • Neurologic Wilson’s disease (N):
    • N1: Neurologic manifestations associated with hepatic involvement
    • N2: Neurologic manifestations only
    • NX: Unknown liver involvement
