Ameloblastoma echocardiography and ultrasound

Overview

Ultrasound may be helpful in the diagnosis of ameloblastoma. Findings on an ultrasound suggestive of ameloblastoma include cystic mass with solid contents, flow signals, multilocular and honeycomb appearance.

Ultrasound may be helpful in the diagnosis of ameloblastoma.Findings on an ultrasound suggestive of ameloblastoma include:^[1]^[2]

Complex cystic mass with solid contents
No or minimal flow signals to the tumor
Multilocular mass
Honeycomb appearance
Unilocular
Local severe destructive
Anterior surface of the tooth inside the lesion
