Idiopathic interstitial pneumonia causes

• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Systemic lupus erythematosus
• Sjögren’s syndrome
• Polymyositis
• Dermatomyositis
• Progressive systemic sclerosis
• Mixed connective tissue disease.
