Initial chest X-ray shows cardiomegaly. CT ratio was 0.59. Pulmonary edema in both lungs without pleural effusion can be seen (A). The patient’s cardiomegaly and pulmonary edema show improvement after transcatheter closures of patent ductus arteriosus.
